Publishing to Wordpress: how does it work?

Step 1: Make sure your video is published on at least 1 social media platform.

In the Publish tab you can publish your social media video to any of your connected platforms. After you've done this, you can insert the link to your published video in your Wordpress blog post.

When using a YouTube link, it will automatically embed the video.

Step 2: Click on Wordpress in the Promote tab

You will see the blog post that is automatically written for you based on your video content.

If Wordpress is not connected yet, the icon will be grayed out. Just click on it to connect your account.

Step 3: Insert your YouTube video link

You will then see the video embedded in your blog post like this:

Step 4: Scroll down and choose Draft or Publish

You can turn your blog into a Draft in your Wordpress backend, or you can Publish it straight away.

Step 5: Choose a blog category (optional)

Step 6: Click on Next to review your Promote settings

Step 7: Click on Promote to confirm your selected platforms

Below you can see the green checkmark for WordPress which means everything is ready to go.

That's it! Your blog post will now be posted directly on your blog, or as a draft in your Wordpress backend, depending on the option you chose. Easy peasy.
