Sending a ConvertKit newsletter: how does it work?

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When you hit "Promote" inside Vubli for ConvertKit, it will turn your newsletter into a "Draft" in ConvertKit. It will not send it right away.

Step 1: Make sure your video is published on at least 1 social media platform.

In the Publish tab you can publish your social media video to any of your connected platforms. After you've done this, you can insert the link to your published video in your ConvertKit newsletter.

Step 2: Click on ConvertKit in the Promote tab

You will see the newsletter that is automatically written for you based on your video content.

If ConverKit is not connected yet, the icon will be grayed out. Just click on it to connect your account.

Step 3: Insert your video link & name

You can insert your name and any of the links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram etc.) where your video is published.

So now it looks like this, for example:

Step 4: Click on Next to review your Promote settings

Step 4: Click on Promote to confirm your selected platforms

You will then see this pop-up:

REMINDER: When you click "Promote", your newsletter will added as a "Draft" inside your ConvertKit account. It will not get sent out immediately. Inside ConvertKit you can select when you want to send it, and to which segment of your audience.

Step 5: Log into your ConvertKit account & click on Broadcasts

Step 5: Find your newsletter in the Drafts section

That's it! From there, you can choose who to send it to and when. Easy peasy!
