Quick start guide

To get started, follow these 3 easy steps:

Step 1 - Upload your video

Click on the “Upload video” button on the top or top right of your Dashboard.

Then, either click and drag your video file into the area that says "Drop files here", or select any of the other options on the right hand side.

Once your video file is uploaded, you'll see the "Processing" page and Vubli will automatically start creating all your publish and promotion assets.

Step 2 - Check everything

Once it’s done processing, connect any social accounts where you'd like to publish your videos on the "Publish" tab.

Then do the same for the Promote tab.

Once connected, you can review all the assets that have been created for you.

• Make sure you check the content for each platform under the "Publish" tab, as unique content gets created for each platform.

• Then do the same for the "Promote" tab...

You're almost done - one more step to go...

Step 3 - Publish & Promote

Publish tab

Hit the “Next” button on the “Publish” tab and go through the process to publish your video on all your selected platforms.

Vubli will now upload your video to all your selected platforms, along with all the content that was created for you. You'll receive an email notification for each platform once your video has successfully been published.

Promote tab

Wait for your videos to get published successfully and then go to the "Promote" tab. Click on "Next" to promote your video on any of your selected platforms.

You'll receive an email notification for each platform once your video has successfully been promoted.

You can also check the status of each platform by going to your dashboard, under the "Status" column.

Each of the the dot's represent a different platform, and will get colored in with it's main brand color to show that it's been published/promoted successfully.

To submit another video, just go through the same process again!
