Troubleshooting: Publishing issues
If you have waited the recommended time and your video is not showing in your social media channel here are a few things you can check or try:
- Disconnect and reconnect your social connection inside your Vubli account and then try to publish your video again.
- Check there are no additional dot points in your order or file name.
- Check the tips for your specific platform below.
- Still not working? Please reach out to the Vubli support team to take a look for you.
YouTube:
- Check if your video is listed under the "Shorts" tab instead of the "Videos" tab inside your YouTube account. Videos under 60 seconds automatically get recognised as Shorts and will go under the Shorts tab in your YouTube account (see below).
- If your video is showing in your Channel content but it's stuck on processing, check you have set your audience settings (you can save this in your YouTube settings so you don't have to do this for every video).
You need to be verified by YouTube, otherwise the maximum video length is 15 minutes and you wont be able to upload a custom thumbnail. Here's more information on it:
There are 3 requirements to publish your videos to Instagram:
- A Professional Instagram account (not personal)
- A Facebook Page (be an admin or editor to a page)
- Your Instagram account linked to your Facebook Page
